He began his career at Sigma Data & Computers Ltd (2006–2008) as a Trainer and IT Support Specialist, where he developed hands-on technical expertise in microfinance systems. During this period, he successfully trained over 20 microfinance institutions and SACCOs across Uganda.From 2008 to 2013, Daniel worked at Crystal Clear Software Ltd as a Software Tester and later as a Senior Trainer for the Loan Performer software. He led training and implementation projects for over 100 financial institutions across Africa and beyond, including assignments in Kenya, Zambia, Malawi, Ghana, Kosovo, and Afghanistan.
Since August 2023, Daniel has served as Head of Software Training and Implementation at Guchietech Kowa Systems Ltd in Uganda, where he continues to provide expert guidance in software deployment, capacity building, and technical support for microfinance institutions and SACCOs.
